Phillip has a successful background in Structural Landscaping. In 2002 he began offering landscape maintenance services trading under the name "Living Maintenance". Word spread of the reliable work being provided and in 2007 "The Living Property Group Pty Ltd" was formed. Today we employ four full-time staff to meet the demand for high quality lawn and garden maintenance at residential, commercial, council and educational facilities. 

 

We bring to our clients over 30 years’ experience in the industry plus being able to refer known and trusted associates that offer other property related services. We pride ourselves on our reputation for being professional and reliable. We hold all the relevant insurances and certificates.
